Assistant Managers provide supervision and direction to the Direct Support Professionals in multiple apartment settings. Along with the Manager, this position is responsible for providing comprehensive staff training and active monitoring of programming and services to ensure quality services are provided for all individuals. The Assistant Manager must be able to work independently and be able to coordinate the work of staff.They must be able to work with the Manager and be available for emergency situations. Level and type of care must be provided in a manner consistent with the Individual’s Service Plan
Wages starting at $18.00/hr + $1.00/hr raise after completion of DD Certification
$5000.00 Hiring Bonus!!
Must be 18 years of age or older and have an active driver's license.
Hours may vary based on staffing needs.
