Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Typically residential settings include 4-8 individuals residing together with staffing a 1-1 or 1-2 ratio. These sites typically include more personal cares or behavioral cares.

Level and type of care must be provided in a manner consistent with the Individual’s Service Plan

Wage starting at $19.50 / hr $1.00 raise after completion of DD Certification.
$5000 Hiring Bonus!!

Schedule:
8 days on 6 days off
6am - 4pm
